Transport Goods

Cargo lifts are designed to move goods between levels safely and efficiently — not people. Built for everyday use in homes, businesses, garages, and jobsites, they're the practical solution for hauling groceries, equipment, tools, and materials at elevated Gulf Coast homes, garages, warehouses, and job sites, without the strain or risk of stairs.
Elevated and stilted coastal homes
Beach houses and lake properties
Residential garages and workshops
Barns, farms, and agricultural properties
Commercial warehouses and stockrooms
SAFETY NOTE: Cargo lifts are designed for goods transport only and are NOT rated for passenger use. For people transport, see Passenger Lifts below.
People-Rated · ADA & ASME Compliant

Passenger lifts — also called Vertical Platform Lifts (VPLs) — are engineered to safely move people between levels. Unlike cargo lifts, passenger lifts meet ADA and ASME safety standards and are equipped with the full suite of safety systems required for human transport.
Wheelchair and mobility access
ADA compliance for commercial properties
Elevated Gulf Coast homes
Aging-in-place residential modifications
Multi-story home vertical access
Light commercial facilities
Ask Us About ADA Compliance. Passenger Lifts are the only lift type approved for transporting people. Cargo lifts and builder's baskets are designed for goods only and must never be used to transport people. If you need to move people between levels, a passenger lift is required.
Job Site Solutions

Purpose-built for construction sites and renovation projects. Premier Lifts' builder's baskets move tools, materials, and supplies safely between floors — keeping your crew productive and your project on schedule. Available in Lexan-paneled and powder-coated finishes for residential and commercial job sites across the Gulf Coast.
New residential construction
Commercial building and renovation projects
Multi-story structure framing
Moving tools and heavy materials between floors
Contractor and subcontractor use
SAFETY NOTE: Builder's baskets are designed for goods transport only and are NOT rated for passenger use. For people transport, see Passenger Lifts above.

A passenger lift is not an elevator. Both must meet all requirements for safe human transport, however an elevator is defined by a fully enclosed cab and shaft, so a passenger lift is often a more affordable option.
